Guest Conduct & Liability

SRT Convention & Hotel is committed to providing a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for all guests, and visitors are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful of fellow guests, hotel staff, and the property at all times. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or remove any guest whose behaviour is deemed disruptive, unlawful, or in violation of these terms, without obligation to provide a refund. Guests are liable for any damage caused to hotel property, equipment, or furnishings during their stay, and the hotel accepts no responsibility for the loss or theft of personal belongings unless items have been deposited with the hotel for safekeeping in accordance with its procedures.
