The hotel reserves the right to decline or cancel reservations that do not meet its standard terms or that are made in error.

Cancellation and amendment policies vary depending on the rate type selected at the time of booking, and guests are advised to review the specific conditions attached to their reservation before confirming. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe as determined by the hotel and the relevant financial institution. Guests are liable for any damage caused to hotel property, equipment, or furnishings during their stay, and the hotel accepts no responsibility for the loss or theft of personal belongings unless items have been deposited with the hotel for safekeeping in accordance with its procedures.

Use of the hotel's convention and event spaces is subject to a separate facilities agreement, which will outline the specific terms, permitted activities, and responsibilities applicable to each booking. Organisers and event hosts are responsible for ensuring that their guests and delegates comply with the hotel's general conduct standards and any venue-specific requirements communicated at the time of booking. The hotel reserves the right to amend event arrangements where necessary for safety, operational, or legal reasons, and will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of any such changes.

SRT Convention & Hotel collects and processes personal information provided by guests solely for the purposes of managing reservations, delivering services, and meeting any applicable legal obligations, in accordance with relevant data protection legislation. Guest information will not be sold or disclosed to third parties except where required by law or where necessary to fulfil the services requested, such as processing payments through authorised partners. Guests may contact the hotel directly to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data held on file.
