Booking & Reservations

All reservations at SRT Convention & Hotel are subject to availability and are considered confirmed only upon receipt of a valid booking reference issued by the hotel or an authorised booking partner. Guests are encouraged to review their reservation details carefully at the time of booking, including room type, dates of stay, and any special requests, as these form the basis of the agreement between the guest and the hotel. The hotel reserves the right to decline or cancel reservations that do not meet its standard terms or that are made in error.
